Ready for some chills? The first international trailer of Michael Fassbender crime thriller movie – The Snowman, has been released and it surely takes chilling mystery to whole new level.
Norwegian crime novelist Jo Nesbo’s books have had good times when it comes to securing place as international best sellers, but they had never really made it to big screens – until now. Nesbo’s thriller novel named The Snowman has been finally converted into a cinematic adaption. Michael Fassbender features as the hard-nosed hard-bitten character of an Oslo cop named Harry Hole (yeah, I know what you’re thinking, but it is pronounced as ‘hoo-leh’) – a boozy, fags-and-fatalism maverick.
The latest international trailer almost lays out the entire story in front of us where Hole is a detective who attempts to solve the complex riddle of an elusive serial killer – who goes around chopping people’s head with loops of wire! The entire plot is very intriguing and will surely keep you glued-till-the-end, just like the book did – been there, read that, it’s worth a read. The killer plays cat-and-mouse games all throughout the movie and the snowy background perfectly fits the storyline directed by Tomas Alfredson.
Making the movie even better, Rebecca Ferguson plays the role of Katrine Bratt – a supporting detective who will help Hole in unfolding the mysteries of a killer who targets women in literally cold ways. Other stars featured in the movie are Charlotte Gainsbourg, Val Kilmer, Toby Jones, J.K. Simmons, Charlotte Gainsburg, Chloë Sevigny and Sofia Helin. For those who haven’t read the book and want to watch the movie, well stay far, far away from these trailers! They are too revealing (lol, what!)! The movie will be released in October, date not specified yet and it will give you shivers – the snowy snow will, if not the trill.
