With over 50,000 job openings across India, Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali has created a job tsunami in the country, giving employment chance to thousands of youth and expand the “swadeshi” company’s footprint and market presence in every corner of India.

Within just a few years, Patanjali – the Haridwar-based company owned by self-styled godman and yoga guru Baba Ramdev has gained momentum in the country. The motto of the “swadeshi” Patanjali is promoting India-made, nature-based and extremely affordable products – which includes day-to-day usage grocery and self-care products. With cheap price tag and fair quality, Patanjali products have become popular, especially among the middle-class population of India. Patanjali has expanded its footprint so much that is was emerged itself as a major FMCG brand in the country.

Lately, Patanjali has been in headlines for its new launches – like its entry in the garment business with ‘Patanjali Paridhan’ and even technology with the recently launched Kimbho app in a bid to counter WhatsApp. With huge expansions comes need for even bigger manpower, and Patanjali is now looking for thousands of young employees who can boost the sales of its products across the country – in all diversities. Under this mega-recruitment drive, Baba Ramdev’s company is now open for 50,000 job offers across India under various posts.

Patanjali is looking forward to hire 40 to 50 salesmen and over 50 to 100 youth for home delivery and stock sales in each district of the country. Now there are a total of 716 districts in India, which means, Patanjali will hire over 35000 salesmen and other 15000 dedicated to home delivery. The job will be to sell Patanjali products like food (floor, rice, rice, oil, and biscuits), personal care, home care and pooja items. Anyone who is 12th pass or holds B.A/M.A/MBA degrees can apply for the job and the remuneration will range from Rs 8,000 and Rs 15,000 per month – depending on the individual’s education qualifications and city. These jobs are up for grab currently and the last date for registration is June 22, 2018 – an employment chance to thousands of unemployed youth.
