The results of NEET PG 2019, the entrance exam of medical graduates to PG courses, are declared by he National Board of Education (NBE) on its official website.

NEET PG is one of the toughest examinations taken in India and one of the most important examinations as well because it decides the admission of medical graduates to post graduate courses. The cut off, subject selection by the toppers, the difficulty of the exam, and the competition among the students are some of the crucial factors deciding the future of medical graduates who want to pursue further studies in the government medical colleges of India. NEET PG 2019 was conducted on January 6, 2019. The results are be available at ntaboard.edu.in.

Whereas the individual scorecards will be available at nbe.edu.in. only till 6th of February, post which, the link will be deactivated. Candidates are supposed to download the scorecards till then as they won’t get their scorecards via post.  For general category the cut off is 340 which is 19 marks more than the previous year cut off.The SC/ST/OBC cut off has stopped 295 this time which is quite less as compared to the cut off for general category, while cut off for handicapped category has stopped at 317 according to the official announcements. However there is an increase of cut-off in all the categories as compared to the previous year.

Now as the results are declared, the counselling process will begin soon, and the information regarding All India quota seats will also be available on the official website of NBE. However, the counselling details for the State quota seats will be acknowledged soon by the respective state authorities. The trend, cut-off and college preferences keep changing every year but the competition keeps increasing and that is what makes this exam one of the toughest exams of India.
