And here’s a new Porsche up for sale in India, as the German luxury car manufacturer announced the launch of its all-new Cayenne Turbo SUV, and it is available for booking across the country at a starting price of Rs 1.92 crore. It is a stunning, stunning car indeed.

Porsche’s ultra-luxurious flagship SUV – the third generation of Porsche Cayenne Turbo is finally launched in India and will arrive in showrooms across the country by June. Priced at a starting tag of Rs 1.92 crore, the all-new Porsche Cayenne Turbo is currently available for pre-booking with a booking amount of Rs 5 lakh (yes, you can buy off a new small car at Porsche’s booking amount, but hey, it is Porsche!). Alongside the Cayenne, Porsche has also announced the arrival of its E-hybrid version – which will arrive later this year – reportedly by September.

Fulfilling the announcement made in December last year, the German luxury car maker Porsche has launched all-new Cayenne Turbo in India priced at Rs 1.92 crore, ex-showroom.

Visually, Porsche Cayenne Turbo is a treat with some remarkable updates like a redesigned new front with stunning LED lights, standard 21-inch Turbo wheels, widened wheel arches with painted trims, and new twin tailpipes specific to the Turbo top-of-the-range model. The rear gives away the bulbous tail lights of the outgoing car and adopts a new sleek LED taillight design which runs across the rear. Special highlight for the vehicle includes adaptive roof spoiler, which deploys to any of five positions, depending on the driving situation. On the inside, the SUV hosts a number of luxury features like surround sound system, 18-way sport seats, integrated headrests and the multi-function sports steering wheel – among others.

The car’s interior, however, has a fresh design and it is equipped with more advanced assistance systems for drivers and passengers. The equipment on board includes touchscreen and voice control.

This is the first model of Cayenne range launched in the country which includes an e-hybrid and a standard variant that are also set to be launched later this year. Specifically, for the e-hybrid model, Porsche has set September as its launch date.

Under the hood, the Cayenne Turbo will be offered with a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine which produces 550bhp of power and 770Nm of torque between 1,960rpm – 4,500rpm. With the intelligent lightweight construction and new powerful engine, Cayenne Turbo will be able to sprinting from 0 to 100kmph in just 4.1 seconds and hit a top speed of 286kmph. For fuel efficiency, Cayenne Turbo is equipped with electrical system recuperation, thermal management and the auto start/stop function with coasting function. In a nutshell, Porsche Cayenne Turbo is worth every penny paid.
