PlayerUnknown’s Battleground, better known as PUBG has gained attention of thousands of players and has become one of the most popular games for Android users and iPhone users. However, the Xbox section of game players won’t miss out the chance to play the action game as PUBG is expanding its scope by launching a special version for that runs on Xbox gaming console.
The addition of PUBG is already made to the game library for Game Pass and all Xbox One users who subscribe the gaming subscription pack will be able to play PUBG along with all the other gaming titles already on offer. So, PUBG will be available to all the Xbox-One users through Xbox Game Pass and works just like a regular Xbox subscription – similar to how it works for Netflix. With this, PUBG has now become available for Google Android, Apple iOS, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Xbox.
Besides PUBG, Forza Horizon 4, Hitman, Sea of Thieves and State of Decay 2, Xbox is planning to bring more interesting and popular games like Ori and the Blind Forest, Kingdom Two Crowns, and Hellblade in this December.Currently, the subscription-based Xbox Game Pass is available to only Xbox One users, but according to the CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella, they are planning to expand this service to Windows 10 PCs soon. Nadella says that they are planning to increase the strength of the Xbox gaming community”. Bringing Game Pass to even the PC is going to be a big element of [increasing the strength of our gaming community,” said Satya Nadella during a conference call after Microsoft’s earnings call.
And, then there’s the new app by Xbox. Also announced at the event was a new Xbox Game Pass app, which is now officially available on iOS and Android. While it might not interest all, but it’s super good news for new Game Pass subscribers in the US, who will be able to access the service for a month for $1 during the holiday season. Interestingly, all the announcements of new Xbox One launches comes parallel with rumours that the PUBG will also launch on Sony’s PlayStation 4 next month. But for now, play on!
